Our friendly, well-trained staff are committed to providing outstanding care in our comfortable, state-of-the-art offices.
In 1978, Dr. Baloy started his practice in Minerva Park. In 2016, they expanded the practice by adding a Grandview location, and Arch City Dental was born. To provide an even better experience and respond to the needs of a growing practice, the Northeast office of Arch City Dental at 191 W Schrock Rd, Westerville was opened in March of 2017.
We are extremely excited about all the wonderful things happening at Arch City Dental. Come visit our friendly staff and enjoy our outstanding service. We cheerfully accept patients of all ages, as well as most insurances to help ensure that you receive the services you need to maintain and improve your health.

Dr. Moore attended Capital University, where he graduated with a B.A. in Biology. He was part of the Cross Country and Track teams at Capital University and stayed on as an Assistant Coach, before entering dental school. Dr. Moore then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry and graduated with his DDS degree.
